1Tuesday Tower Trivia. Each Tuesday July 20 through August 31 (7 times), we’ll post photos/video/text clues to promote one of our tower locations and coverage areas. It may be the city or town where the tower is located or a nearby town or attraction. Visit our website at FleettalkByRock.com and follow us on Facebook at facebook.com/fleettalkbyrock.
2 Enter Each Week. Prior to 5 pm Friday each week, simply click the link to our website to fill out and submit an entry form to try and identify the weekly mystery location. Limit one entry (first) submission per week per person. But you can enter once each week over 7 weeks for up to 7 entries in the final drawing.
3 Prizes/Winner. In early September we’ll gather all correct entries for a random drawing. There will be ONE prize winner of a Carolina Weekend Getaway (two nights hotel, food, local goodies) not to exceed a $500 value. Plus, watch for various random smaller “surprizes” throughout the promotion!
4 No Purchase Necessary. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Prize winner will be determined by random drawing, so odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received with correct location guesses.
5. Facebook not a sponsor. Although notices to location clues will be posted on our Facebook page, this contest/promotion is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with the contest. Contest sponsor Rock Communications LLC releases Facebook from any responsibility to entrants or participants.
PURPOSE: For ROCK COMMUNICATIONS LLC (PROMOTION SPONSOR) to inform our valued current and future customers about our extensive coverage area and two-way radio tower locations throughout the Carolinas. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees or subcontractors of Rock Communications LLC are not eligible. Must be at least 18 at time of entry and a legal U.S. resident. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant not meeting all eligibility requirements.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Simply visit our website and follow us on Facebook and watch for Tuesday Trivia posts promoting a "mystery" tower location. Link to our website and fill out a simple entry form with your best guess as to the tower (or coverage area) location.
DEADLINE/TIMEFRAME: Each Tuesday from July 20 through Aug 31, 2021, we'll post a mystery tower location with video/photos/clues. Click the link to our website for a weekly entry form to submit your best guess. Submit by 5 pm each Friday. Winner drawing will be early to mid September. We'll contact winner by phone/email and then publish on our website, in an e.blast and on our Facebook page. Winner need not be present at drawing to win.
PRIZE INCLUSIONS/EXCLUSIONS: One Prize Winner (the “Winner”) will be awarded one (1) weekend getaway to one our our featured tower locations (or nearby town/attraction) (ARV not to exceed $500). We'll likely let you pick from three choices and assemble a prize package for you to include gift certs/coupons for 2-nights lodging, some meals, local merchants, etc. Package may vary based on selected destination. Winner is responsible for all transportation and bookings.
TAXES: Any/all federal, state, local, and other taxes on each of the Prizes awarded and/or prize components are Prize Winner's sole responsibility. Winner may be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the actual value of his/her Grand Prize.
HOLD HARMLESS/PROMOTIONAL USE: By entering this Promotion and without the need for further written authorization of all Entrants (including the Winner), all Entrants agree to fully release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Promotion or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery. Promotion-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder is Winner’s sole responsibility once awarded. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, for any causes beyond the control of Sponsor that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. Among other promotional rights described herein, Entrants grant Sponsor the right to professionally use and publish Prize Winner’s proper name, image via any means and state of residency online in connection with the Promotion. Online entry submission also authorizes Rock Communications to include you in future promotional emails, however you may opt out at any time.
