Celebrating our Dispatchers
While the world sees the lights and sirens, we know the real work starts at the console! Dispatchers are the ultimate multi-taskers, the first "first responders," and the lifeline that ensures every unit on the road makes it home safe.
This week, we’re tipping our hats to the professionals behind the mic who turn chaos into coordination. Thank you for being the calm, steady hand on the other end of the radio, making it all possible! Take a moment today to thank your dispatchers...the HEROES behind the scenes!
ICOM WINNERS
We’re proud to recognize the dedicated HAM radio operators across South Carolina who actively volunteer their time and skills in support of emergency services.
To say thank you, we asked participants to like, share, and comment on our videos for a chance to be entered into our prize drawings—and the response was incredible.
Now it’s time to celebrate the winners!
Check out who took home these awesome prizes and join us in thanking them for the vital role they play in keeping our communities connected when it matters most.
Meet our dispatch getaway winners
Six outstanding 911 operators recently earned well deserved spa getaways courtesy of Fleettalk by Rock Communications.
During National Public Safety Telecommunications Week, we rolled out our 'Relaxation is Calling Getaway' featuring $750 gift cards to the Omni Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa in Asheville.
Winners were selected by random drawings from nominees submitted by our client dispatch team managers. While there were only six winners, all of these folks deserve our respect and gratitude. They are unsung heroes working tirelessly behind the scenes, doing whatever it takes to keep the public and fellow team members safe.
Congratulations to the winners and thank you to all for a vital, stressful job well done!
